Inspired by Rashtreeya swayam sevaka sangha (RSS), Hindu Seva Pratistana, Vishwa Hindu Parishad Karnataka Trust and ably guided by Vidhyabharathi Karnataka, Sri Saraswathi Vidyaniketana was started on 1st Dec 1980 with a Nursery class in a building which belonged to late Sri Y Appanna Reddy and was inaugurated by late Sri Ajith Kumar and blessed by the elders of the village.
The nursery class which was statred in 1980 had its natural growth upto 4th std. By 1986 and in 1987 it was shifted to our own new building at Vidyanagara Dommasandra. Higher Primary School was also started in the same year.
The field of our educational service was expanded by starting a high school with Kannada Medium in 1991. And PU College also started in 2011 with commerce and science streams. We are happy to announce that SSVN institution proudly launches its new degree college in 2025-26 academic year. At present, we have classes from nursery to Degree.
Besides providing a qualitative academic education to students, their physical and cultural education is also given due importance. As a result of this our children have won laurels in the National Level and it has greatly helped to enhance pride and prestige of the institution.
